Certified Zero Fugitive Emissions
The standard Enviro Ball Valve received Fugitive Emissions Certification in class BH at room temperature, which is ideal for hydrogen blending at 10 percent, the current pipeline limit. The standard valve also is rated class BH for helium. The chevron ring option is rated at class AH.
For custom applications, such as pure hydrogen, we can coordinate with you to conduct customized fugitive emissions tests. We have already successfully tested the Enviro Ball Valve for pure hydrogen flow with a rating up to 425 bar (ANSI 2500), a temperature range from -46°C to 120°C and endurance class C03.
